Biology : Found in lowland wetlands in dense vegetation (Ref. 57235). Occur on the bottom of shallow standing waters. Most common on grassy floodplains, often in water only a few centimeters deep (Ref. 12693). Possibly consists of multiple species (Ref. 57235)
